So our feelings are the language of the universe or us. Which means what we want and get depends on how we feel. Our feelings go as a command for the universe and according it provides us with the same.

For instance, if you feel positive and optimistic about life the universe will keep providing you with the same positive energy to live. But if you feel anxious, worried and discouraged the universe will supply the energy which coincides with your feelings and you will end up being more anxious and discouraged.

When u feel something the universe takes it as a command and gives you more of the same. So no matter how miserable a condition you are in stop feeling miserable because if you do you are telling the universe that you want more of misery.
