Do you notice people bringing their own reusable bags when shopping? Then why are you not doing it yourself and grab a reusable bag yourself.

Plastic bags are non-biodegradable which means that once they are thrown into our environment they stay there for years. If you keep using plastic bags and throw them every time, you are polluting the environment.

After years of polluting our environment, they still continue to do so because these materials contain harmful substances that can mix with soil or water once they are degraded (that is if they are degraded). So if you throw tons of plastic bags, at the same time you are also throwing tons of toxic substances into the soil.

Paper bags can also stay in the landfill for a long duration and because of their bulkiness; they can also create big hassle when so many of them are stocked. Therefore paper bags are not as environmentally friendly as what other people think them to be.

For everybody’s information, all paper material is made from trees which are processed into pulps and pulps are processed into papers. This means the more paper we use the more trees are cut. Is this environmentally friendly in some way? I don’t think so; cutting trees can also have a bad impact to the environment.

So say goodbye to plastic and paper bags and say hello to the bags that you do don’t have to throw away every after use, the reusable bags. You can keep them and use them the next time you go shopping again.

They can be used in every shopping you do or whatever stuffs you buy, you can use them with heavy things because they are strong. You can even use them as a normal bag because some of them are fashionable in style.

Be proactive in saving our planet earth and use reusable bags rather than plastic bags or paper bags. Be a good example and convince other to do the same.
