Depression Case Study
Depression is a state of person’s low mood and his disinterest in certain activities. Depression might affect a person’s thought too. When we feel stressed out, we feel very sad, empty, hopeless, helpless, annoyed and impatient.
In this article I have given certain factors which could be the possibility of your loss of energy. They are:
Disturbance in your sleep schedule: Sleep is a very important factor in keeping one’s mood happy or sad. Let’s say, if you have got up early in the morning for the whole week but you have slept till late on weekends, then your circadian rhythm (body’s natural sleep schedule) could get unbalanced. Therefore it’s better to maintain a consistent bed timings.
Dehydration: Dehydration could be the possible factors of making you feel like lethargic. By drinking two litres of liquid everyday, you can avoid the risk of getting dehydration. Dehydration lowers the velocity of blood flow.
Posture: The way you sit, the way you stand or sleep…these things really matters. Incorrect posture makes you tired very soon as it doesn’t allow you to breathe normally. You can correct your incorrect posture by strengthening your back muscles by doing some sort of exercise.
Iron Deficiency: In many of us, especially in the women, iron deficiency occurred. Due to the iron deficiency, we feel tired and weakness. Due to the loss of iron, our skins may become pale and as such we feel sad or stressed out. If ever you encounter such things, you can get your blood test done and can be treated by taking iron supplements.
Whenever you are feeling stressed out, it’s better to consult some counsellor or therapist. They will talk to you and as such analyze your problems you are going through. They conduct number of clinical trials for psychiatric conditions such as Bipolar disorders or depression. One of the centers is located in Brighton, a place near to Boston. MA.
